For Retail, Corporate or Institutional accounts, we collect personal information for any authorized individuals and/or the beneficial owners. Furthermore, we will gather corporate documentation, ownership structure, shareholders, financial information and jurisdiction of incorporation or registration status.

When you fully complete required forms to open an account, you are giving your consent for us to collect, use and release your personal information.

If you wish to withdraw your consent, we ask that you provide this request to us in writing. Kernaghan & Partners Ltd. will not be able to operate or administer an account on your behalf once this consent has been inhibited.

The withdrawal of your consent is subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

Kernaghan & Partners Ltd. will share information with service providers who we may hire, including National Bank Independent Network (NBIN) who provides back office and record keeping services to the firm.

Kernaghan & Partners Ltd. may also be required to provide your personal information to various organizations including regulatory bodies, government institutions, law enforcement agencies and outside sources to collect a debt owed to us by you. The firm may also disclose your information as a result of a transfer of our business, should we decide in the future to sell all or part of our business or to merge with another institution.
